Hydrating, powerful, full-coverage: The Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturising Makeup range offers lasting coverage with skincare benefits

Estée Lauder has unveiled its Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturising Makeup SPF45/PA+++, a new illuminating foundation range. It is now available in Americas and EMEA travel retail.

The range features a hydrating formula that addresses a number of skin concerns while creating long-lasting 12-hour radiance.

Its blend of IonCharged Water, probiotic technology, and chia seed extract reduces redness and irritation, hydrates, and protects the skin against external pollutants.

The IonCharged Water moisturises the skin with deep hydration, the probiotic technology balances the skin’s microbiome to reduce visible redness, while the cold-pressed chia seed extract nourishes the skin with Omega-rich fatty acids.

The formula also offers Anti-Pollution Technology and SPF45 Protection, infused with a vitamin E antioxidant complex that protects skin against pollution and UV damage.

The Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturising Makeup range also features super-adhesive pigments and polymers that create a lightweight but full coverage finish, while also concealing hyper-pigmentation and skin imperfections.

According to the company, the new makeup range is clinically shown to provide immediate all-day hydration and soothe redness and irritation. It is ophthalmologist and dermatologist tested, waterproof, sweat and humidity resistant, and is non-caking, non-streaking, non-poring, and non-creasing for up to 12 hours.

The Futurist Hydra Rescue Moisturising Makeup SPF45/PA+++ range is available in nine shades in Americas travel retail, and 13 shades in EMEA travel retail.

Going strong on Globuy

As a lead business partner of The Moodie Davitt Report, Estée Lauder’s story will also appear in Chinese and with a consumer voice on fast-growing Chinese B2C WeChat social media account Globuy [玩转全球免税], as part of a new collaboration between Globuy owner Extra-Aile Media in Shanghai and The Moodie Davitt Report.

Globuy aims to become “the KOL of Chinese travel retail” and already has 400,000 followers and a monthly audience of 1 million views for its WeChat social media platform promoting new launches, product availability, promotions and special offers. Underlining the strong affinity and complementary nature of the two companies work, Globuy has dubbed The Moodie Davitt Report “the KOL of travel retail B2B media”

Under the agreement, selected stories from The Moodie Davitt Report.com’s lead brand partners in beauty, fashion, luxury, confectionery and premium spirits are also published by Globuy in Chinese. These include product reviews by the Globuy team.

Globuy is promoting The Moodie Davitt Report’s platform to China’s travel retail sector and to its own consumer audience in China. The Moodie Davitt Report subsequently also publishes a curated selection of Chinese consumer feedback on the chosen stories and will reveal the results of regular consumer surveys conducted in association with Globuy.
