Formia strengthens airline business with strategic alliance

HONG KONG. Formia Airline Supplies Ltd (FAS), a leading inflight supplier of amenity kits, luxury cosmetics and comfort items, has formed a strategic alliance with ADA Cosmetics International (ADA). ADA recently acquired Formia Guest Supplies, a subsidiary of FAS.

The move divests Formia of its day-to-day operations in the hotel market, allowing it to focus exclusively on further developing its core airline activities. At the same time, Formia said it would build on its market position with its privileged access to the portfolio of products offered by ADA.
