GERMANY. Fossil Inc has announced an agreement with Qatar Airways that will see it carry an Emporio Armani watch onboard from the December issue of Qatar Airways’ Shopping Extravaganza catalogue.
“We are excited to be able to partner with one of the few five-star airlines in the world which has recently been named Airline of the Year 2009 at the TTG Awards in the UK,” enthused Fossil (Europe) EMEA and Travel Retail Managing Director Robert Christiano.
“Emporio Armani Orologi (timepieces) are the perfect fit for a demanding traveller who seeks to buy an elegant accessory which fits to its personal style.”
Additional opportunities are being explored for future timepiece offerings that would be exclusive to Qatar Airways, he said.

The model carried onboard Qatar Airways is the Emporio Armani AR0643.
