SINGAPORE. King Power International, Luxury Ventures, Osim International and Symphony One are the big winners of speciality/brand name concessions at Singapore Changi Airport’s new Terminal Three, after a heavyweight tender which attracted 22 bidders.
Representing the Vertu brand, Valiram-owned Luxury Ventures won Concession A, a 35sq m space at Departure/Transit Lounge South. It bid 12% of total monthly gross sales OR a minimum monthly guarantee (MMG) of S$10,000 for Year 1; S$11,000 for Year 2; and S$12,000 for Year 3, whichever is higher.
Osim International, bidding under the Osim brand name, won Concession B, a 115sq m unit at Departure/Transit Lounge South. It offered either 25% of the total monthly gross sales or a MMG payment of: S$75,000 for Year 1; S$78,750 for Year 2; and S$82,687.50 for Year 3, whichever is higher.
King Power International, part of King Power Group (Hong Kong) won Concession C for the La Perla brand, which will operate from a 73sq m area at Departure/Transit Lounge South. It offered 30% of total monthly gross sales OR MMG of S$35,000 for Year 1, S$40,000 for Year 2 and S$45,000 for Year 3, whichever is higher.
Representing the Ferrari brand name, Symphony One captured Concession D, a 79sq m unit. It bid 20% of total monthly gross sales OR MMG of S$40,000, whichever is higher.
