The Kering Group is one of our global strategic partners here.”

FAR Co-Managing Director Dirk Mörchen said: “We are delighted that we have now completed the perfect ‘trilogy’ of Kering brands by incorporating Gucci into our portfolio at Frankfurt Airport. [It offers] international passengers, who include a large number of Asian travellers with a great affinity for luxury brands, another top brand in this segment at this location.”

“With Gucci, we have gained another magnet for customers in the category of fashion & accessories for Frankfurt Airport as a travel retail location,” added FAR Co-Managing Director Georg Fuhrmann. “The brand perfectly complements the range of luxury names. We are expecting to see very positive development in all the boutiques in this area.”

The elegant store completes a trio of Kering Group brands in the Non-Schengen zone, along with Saint Laurent Paris and Bottega Veneta.

Fraport Senior Vice President Retail Ute Pohl said: “Over the past few months we’ve celebrated some exciting new store openings and redesigns at Frankfurt Airport.
