TAIWAN. Tasa Meng has unveiled French fragrance brand Rose et Marius in Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2.
The fine perfumery maison was recently awarded the ‘Métiers d’Art’ label for the quality of its products. Rose et Marius produces all its products in Provence using natural raw ingredients.
The brand was founded by luxury fragrance specialist Magali Fleurquin Bonnard with the aim of bringing the ‘L’Art de vivre en Provence’ to the world.
Rose et Marius is currently being showcased with a table display at Tasa Meng’s airport store.
The brand offers fragrances, soaps, solid perfumes, home fragrance diffusers, refillable candles and perfumed hand sanitisers. The collections are packaged in striking Provençal style cement tile-themed bottles and jars, which were inspired by the Provençal tiles in the home of Fleurquin-Bonnard’s grandmother, Rose.
Rose et Marius uses solely local production in France and most of the brand’s products come in refillable formats. It also offers refillable amenities for luxury hotels and has a tree-planting initiative to help protect the Provence environment.
Tasa Meng says that it continues to see a gradual improvement in passenger numbers, especially after the Chinese New Year holidays. Commenting on the recovery outlook, Tasa Meng Corporation General Manager Gary Chau said: “We expect a slow growth of international traffic until mid-2022, with significant growth expected in the second half of the year.
“International group travel will start from the second half of this year. However, passengers in domestic airports are returning faster than expected, with flights to Matsu (a popular offshore island destination) only taking one hour.”
Chau added, “In order to prepare for recovery, we are working closely with our suppliers and partners to arrange regular and consistent delivery of merchandise, which has been challenging due to global logistical issues. We would like to thank our partners for their strong support.”
