GAIL’s unveils debut airport bakery and coffee shop concession at London Gatwick

UK. British bakery and coffee shop chain GAIL’s has launched its first airport store in London Gatwick’s South Terminal, marking a major expansion for the London-based brand.

Known for its artisanal baked goods and speciality coffee, GAIL’s is now serving passengers at Gatwick with a menu tailored for travel, including pastries, seasonal sandwiches, salads and made-to-order drinks.

The bakery also offers an exclusive gifting range and grab-and-go options designed specifically for airport travellers.

The opening expands London Gatwick’s food & beverage offering to 28 options and creates over 70 new jobs.

Some of those jobs came through the Rise with GAIL’s programme, an initiative supporting hospitality career development with 45 training modules across the business.
