Modern Allure: Godiva’s shop-in-shop in Dallas Fort Worth Terminal D opened in summer with Buckaroo Duty Free |
US. Godiva Chocolatier has expanded its presence at Dallas Fort Worth Airport, Texas, with a new shop-in-shop in Terminal D with operator DFASS’s Buckaroo Duty Free. Godiva is the only confectionery brand to have been granted a personalised space in this location.
The shop-in-shop, which features 6ft of wall space and a mid-floor tower unit, opened in late summer and follows Godiva’s Modern Allure theme, which can be seen in airports globally.
“We have a strong relationship with DFASS and look forward to further future opportunities to work in partnership with them,” said Godiva International Travel Retail Regional Manager Americas & Caribbean Diane Buchanan. “They have been extremely helpful in getting this fixture installed and merchandised.”

To support the shop-in-shop, November 2008 will see Godiva running a sampling event for its Connoisseur collection, offering a tote bag as a gwp.
This year, Godiva has opened Modern Allure shop-in-shop and boutiques in Singapore, Hong Kong and Guam.
