GoSleep introduces its sleep PODs at Hamburg Airport

GERMANY. Hamburg Airport has become the first in Germany to offer passengers use of Finnish company GoSleep’s sleep PODs.

As part of a promotional campaign, the sleep capsules are available to use free of charge in May and June. Promotional staff at Hamburg Airport are present on Fridays and Saturdays to demonstrate the PODs to passengers.

The PODS allow passengers to escape from the hustle and bustle of the airport

Hamburg Airport Head of Center Management Lutz Deubel said: “At Hamburg Airport, we are always on the lookout for market-ready innovations that will make the travel experience for our customers even more unique and even more comfortable.

“The GoSleep PODs are the perfect retreat at busy locations such as our airport. Our passengers can rest and relax and then set off on their journey with new energy.”

GoSleep’s PODs have been introduced at several locations globally, including Abu Dhabi, Amsterdam and Helsinki.
