HONG KONG. Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) has awarded a contract to LSG Group-owned Retail inMotion (RiM) Asia to deliver onboard retail management services, including the technology aspects of the programme. The agreement covers both boutique shopping products and food & beverage.
The deal follows on from GBA awarding a catering contract to LSG Sky Chefs in late 2021.

GBA is a newly founded international airline based in Hong Kong. It has two B737- 800 aircraft, with a third set to join the fleet by late 2022, and an ambition to grow to over 30 aircraft by 2026. GBA has been granted the licences to operate from Hong Kong to 104 destinations, including the Chinese Mainland and other Asian destinations. It plans to launch its inaugural flight this July, and the onboard retail programme in September.
