FRANCE. Groupe ADP has reported €2,159 million in Retail & Services division revenue for 2025, a rise of +11.9% year-on-year.

Within this, retail activities hit €1,499 million, up +17% compared to 2024. The Extime Duty Free Paris joint venture with Lagardère Travel Retail delivered revenue growth of +3.5% to €848 million. The Extime Travel Essentials Paris JV, also with Lagardère Travel Retail, grew +7.1% year-on-year to €195 million.

A key factor in the strong increase was that the division now includes the contributions of hospitality companies P/S and Paris Experience Group, which joined the group in October 2024. Retail & Services EBITDA rose +12.7% year-on-year to €828 million.

Extime Paris sales per passenger reached €31.70, down -1.2% year-on-year. ADP attributed this to “a disrupted context”, including a negative rebasing impact from the reopening of Terminal A/C in mid-2024; intensified works in Terminal 2EK since Q2 2025; plus slower momentum in luxury growth since Q2 2025 with “unsupportive currency effects” as the Euro appreciated. This figure is expected to exceed €32 in 2026, said ADP.

Group revenue climbed +8.9% year-on-year to €6,704 million, aided by passenger growth and increased services income.

Group passenger traffic rose +4.2% to 379 million, with traffic at Paris Charles de Gaulle and Orly up +3.4% to a combined 107 million.

Recurring EBITDA posted an increase of +12.3% to €2,322 million, with net income up +11.7 % to €382 million.

Groupe ADP Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Philippe Pascal said, “2025 was a year driven by new dynamics within Groupe ADP and the beginning of a structural transformation of our industrial, social and operational model.

“The Connect France partnership to strengthen the competitiveness of the Air France hub, the agreement signed with several trade unions to update the compensation policy, and the launch of simpler naming and passenger journey at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport are just a few examples.

“Groupe ADP is firmly committed to a long-term strategy. The group has also embarked on the preparation of its next strategic plan for the 2027-2030 period. This will take the form of an ambitious action plan, to align all its activities with a new value creation cycle for all stakeholders.”
