Harding+ elevates onboard retail with Pandora engraving machines

Bespoke engravings offer passengers a personal connection to their journey

INTERNATIONAL. Harding+ has deployed Pandora engraving machines onboard cruise ships, elevating passenger engagement through personalised experiences.

Harding+ and Pandora bring interactive, personalised experiences to Carnival Cruise Line passengers

The service, which first appeared as a pop-up on P&O Cruises’ Arvia in October, has expanded to five ships, including Arvia, Iona, Sun Princess and Carnival Cruise Line’s Mardi Gras and Encounter, offering guests a meaningful souvenir from their cruise.

Pandora’s latest birthstone designs add sparkle to cruise retail

Alongside the engraving machines, Pandora has released 12 birthstone heart designs and a curated selection from its Pandora ME range.

Guests can personalise their pieces with initials, dates, messages or handwriting, turning each item into a unique memento of the cruise or a special occasion.

Pandora’s engraving service enhances its footprint on Harding ships for an immersive passenger experience.

Harding+ Chief Commercial Officer Linzi Walker said, “We know from our guest insights that personalisation and mementos are key drivers of the cruise shopping experience.

“Cruise guests want to take home more than a souvenir – they want memories. This experience brings emotional retail to life at sea, giving guests the opportunity to create something truly personal and meaningful.” 🛳️
