SINGAPORE. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has attracted heavy interest for four food & beverage tenders at Singapore Changi Airport.
A tender for a brand-name western speciality restaurant concession at the terminal two viewing mall south, third level attracted four bidders – ASPAC F&B; Jack’s Place Steak House & Restaurant; O.B. Singapore Operations and Revenue Valley.
The tender for a brand-name Italian restaurant concession at T2’s viewing mall south, third level attracted three bidders: Pasta Fresca da Salvatore; Pizza Hut Singapore and Select Service Partner Singapore.
Two parties have lined up for the brand-name Asian speciality restaurant concession(s) in the same location. Palms Food International will do battle with international giant (and Compass Group subsidiary) Select Service Partner Singapore.
Finally, there were two bidders for the brand-name western speciality cafe concession in T1’s departure/check-in hall west, level two – Pacific Coffee Company and Palms Food International.
