HMSHost expands at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport with new Guy Fieri and SanTan Brewing concepts

USA. Global travel restaurateur HMSHost has launched two restaurants at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. It further expands the Avolta company’s footprint under a ten-year contract that now includes nearly 25 restaurants and bars at the airport.

The new venues – Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen+Bar and SanTan Spirit House – have opened in Terminal 4’s new Eighth Concourse and reflect HMSHost’s focus on both celebrity-driven and local dining experiences.

Guy Fieri’s Flavortown Kitchen+Bar spans 3,300sq ft with seating for over 100 guests.

The menu features signature dishes from the celebrity chef and TV personality, including Big Bite Burgers, Trash Can Nachos, Mötley Qüe pulled pork sandwiches, pizzas and breakfast options.

The drinks menu offers local craft beers, wines, handcrafted cocktails and Santo Tequila, Fieri’s brand collaboration with Sammy Hagar. Featured drinks include Guy’s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary and the Caliente Margarita.

SanTan Spirit House is a 1,300sq ft speakeasy-style bar with 52 seats, showcasing exclusive spirits from Arizona’s largest independent brewery and distillery, SanTan Brewing Company.

The bar features tasting flights, cocktails including Jake from State Farm and CaraMellow Macchiato, and a full food menu with shareables, sandwiches, flatbread pizzas and chicken and waffles.

The concept builds on the success of SanTan Brewing Co., which opened in Terminal 3 in 2019 and was recently named one of Phoenix Magazine’s ‘2025 Best of the Valley: Sky Harbor Eats’.

The two concepts integrate digital ordering and payment technologies, including QR code menus, self-order kiosks and computer vision self-checkout. Travellers can also access Club Avolta loyalty programme perks, such as exclusive offers and rewards.
