Said to offer travellers an upscale Dallas Cowboys experience, the outlet features a contemporary design, including oversized televisions and a stadium-shaped bar. The restaurant can seat up to 80 guests and also includes a to-go area for travellers with limited time.
The menu at the Dallas Cowboys Club includes regional specialities and traditional Tex-Mex favourites, as well as some modern twists. Burgers are made with half pound, grass-fed beef, and served with housemade potato chips. Other items include south Texas fire roasted beef torta and a Texas BBQ brisket sandwich.
Healthy options include local farm crudités and jalapeno Caesar salad made with grilled jalapeno-lime chicken. The Big Game section of the menu offers dishes such as the pork carnitas plate and flat iron chimichurri, served with sides such as Texas brown sugar baked beans and herb & parmesan sweet potato fries.

Dallas Cowboys Club also offers a wide selection of wine, cocktails and beers on tap and in bottles.
HMSHost Vice President of Business Development Anthony Alessi said: “With clear local importance, and appeal to a broad fan-base that stretches all over the world, there is no better brand to represent the Dallas area in the airport than the famous Dallas Cowboys football team. We are thrilled to be working with the Cowboys and the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, two great organisations, to offer travellers a true club-level VIP experience right inside the terminal.”
Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport CEO Sean Donohue added: “Opening the Dallas Cowboys Club creates an exciting way we can elevate the customer experience at DFW Airport while offering customers a great taste of Texas tradition. The restaurant also enhances the longstanding partnership DFW Airport has enjoyed with the Dallas Cowboys, which includes three Dallas Cowboys Pro Shop stores in the terminals and a major merchandising warehouse.”
