USA. Global restaurateur HMSHost, an Avolta company, has opened the airside Vegas Born Bar & Grill at Harry Reid International Airport. Its design celebrates the legacy of Las Vegas’ first and only locally born major sports franchise, Vegas Golden Knights, known for its ice hockey team.
The 330sq m full-service restaurant, located near Gate D52, offers 96 seats and has a ‘grab & go’ serving area.
The space exudes Vegas Golden Knights pride in every detail from its striking, bold façade emblazoned with the team’s gold filagree to the life-size knight armour that welcomes each guest.
Also featured are Vegas Golden Knights photos, memorabilia and an illuminated mural depicting the team’s 2023 championship victory.
Vegas Born’s ‘game day-style’ menu features crispy jumbo wings, truffle cheese fries, soft pretzels, burgers, sandwiches, pizza, salads and more. Breakfast options include steak and eggs and omelettes.
The bar menu features international wines, including a selection of Foley Family Wines from the vineyards of Vegas Golden Knights Founder Bill Foley. Also available are craft beers, spirits and speciality cocktails.
