Hong Kong International Airport opens tender for food court concession in Terminal 1

HONG KONG, CHINA. Airport Authority Hong Kong (AAHK) is seeking proposals for a food court concession in Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1.

The contract covers a 114-129sq m food & beverage unit located in the Departures East Hall Food Court on Level 7.

Submissions are due on 15 January 2026, 4pm Hong Kong time.

Announcing the tender, AAHK said: “HKIA is a world-class international transport hub with extensive air, sea and land links as well as round-the-clock facilities.

“Through offering premium food and services, the authority strives to provide the best dining experience for our passengers. The authority is seeking catering operators to operate at a 1,200-seat food court at Departures East Hall of Terminal 1.”

The tender documents are available for download at AAHK’s electronic tendering system – ePROS website.

Potential bidders must hold a valid registered account as ‘Retailer/F&B Operator’ and pay a non-refundable fee of HK$5,000 (US$643) to access the documents.
