How Unifree Duty Free marked Golden Week with targeted Chinese promotions at Istanbul Airport

TÜRKIYE. Unifree Duty Free rolled out a dedicated Golden Week campaign from 15 September to 15 October at Istanbul Airport to engage Chinese travellers.

The campaign showcased exclusive product selections across key categories, enhanced with immersive cultural elements designed to engage travellers during China’s peak holiday travel period. Golden Week itself ranfrom 1 to 8 October this year.

The shopping offers were highlighted through high-impact displays at the entrances of Unifree Duty Free’s flagship stores across the airport, creating a culturally immersive environment to attract Chinese travellers.

To enhance the festive atmosphere, the stores offered fortune cookies with small surprises, while Chinese culture-inspired live performances brought energy and engaged travellers across the terminal.

The shopping selection included Türkiye-themed souvenirs, catering to both personal purchases and gifts.
