‘Ideas that go places’ – Vantage Group unveils refreshed brand as it enters new growth phase

USA. After nearly 30 years in the business of airport investment, development and management, Vantage Airport Group has announced a refreshed brand with the abbreviated name Vantage Group.

The company has been involved in more than 30 major transportation infrastructure projects worldwide, including many with significant retail and food & beverage elements.

Vantage Group said the refreshed brand, showcased on its new website www.vantagegroup.com, “both reflects its historic accomplishments and signals its ambitions for continued growth”.

Explaining the thinking behind the new branding, Vantage Group noted: “In the restless, ever-evolving airport and transportation industries, Vantage Group is built for change. With an enduring commitment to creating customised solutions that benefit the partners, passengers and people served at every location, Vantage creates ‘ideas that go places’.”

Vantage Group opened 50 shopping and dining outlets in the new US$1.5 billion Kansas City International Airport terminal last year. Read our extensive interview with Vantage Group Vice President, Commercial Sammy Patel about the project here.

The company’s refreshed brand is anchored in the visual device of a path, which it said represents the many journeys Vantage takes to transform transportation with its partners.

Designed in partnership with creative services firm VML, the logo features a contemporary sans serif typeface with distinct letter curvature reminiscent of a path, paired with a fresh and modern colour palette that introduces spring green and sky blue alongside Vantage’s legacy navy (see below).
