BAHRAIN. Today’s images were shared by Bahrain Duty Free, highlighting the achievement of more than 65 employees who completed training across a range of professional development programmes.

Held on 29 October, the graduation ceremony marked the completion of training in First Aid, languages, CIPs, WSET and Bahrain Labour Law.
In attendance were Bahrain Duty Free CEO & Board Director Bassam Al Wardi and members of the Board of Directors, alongside the executive management team and senior management.

Among the graduates was Senior Operations Manager Nasser Radhi, who earned an MBA from the University of Strathclyde. His achievement reflects both his professional commitment and his ability to balance postgraduate study with a leadership role, the company said.

Bahrain Duty Free noted its continued support for employees in advancing their qualifications as part of its focus on developing experienced and well-equipped leaders from within the organisation.
The initiative reflects Bahrain Duty Free’s focus on investing in its people for its long-term business strategy. The programmes were developed to enhance technical skills as well as communication, critical thinking and leadership, all essential in a fast-evolving travel retail environment.
