“New product development has been a strong focus for us over the past two years,” General Manager – International Peter Stockdale told The Moodie Report. “We have experienced good growth everywhere, and are hopeful that the addition of a whitening range to our portfolio will further strengthen our results.”
Jurlique’s Purely White Skin Brightening Collection comprises five skus: a cleanser, a brightening mist, a brightening essence, a brightening day cream and a brightening night treatment. All feature key component VITABRIGHTKX, described as a proprietary complex of ingredients known for their safe yet potent skin brightening properties.
These ingredients work to help reduce the visible appearance of skin discolorations, to even skin tone and increase skin radiance, according to the brand. They include Kakadu Plum Extract, Citrus Unshiu Peel Extract, Ascorbyl Glucoside, liquorice root, black elder and willow bark.
“Whitening sets for travel retail are also in the pipeline,” confirmed Stockdale, “and within those, we see the Skin Brightening Essence as a key product. We are finalising the sizing details at present.”
