CHINA. Kering Eyewear has partnered exclusively with China Duty Free Group (CDFG) to introduce Maui Jim in Hainan.
Maui Jim sunglasses with PolarizedPlus2 lenses from the collection ’Ekahi – the first collection designed since the brand joined Kering Eyewear – are available exclusively at CDFG shopping locations in Hainan.
The Kering Eyewear Digital Retail Concept store, located on the second floor of Block C in the cdf Sanya International Duty Free Shopping Complex in Haitang Bay, now features an exclusive Maui Jim experience zone.
The dedicated area features a surf simulator inspired by ’80s arcades, creating an interactive shopping experience. Shoppers can use Maui Jim lenses to view polarised video screens and immerse themselves in the brand’s tropical Hawaiian theme.
Brand ambassadors are at hand to help customers with the simulator. Customers are offered a complimentary gelato cup from the in-store gelato bar with their purchase.
