SINGAPORE. Omnichannel retailer KrisShop is celebrating World Environment Day (5 June) by unveiling ‘KrisShop Green’, its new sustainable concept store. The new platform encourages customers to embrace responsible consumption and take steps to reduce their environmental impact.
KrisShop Green underscores the omnichannel retailer’s commitment to environmental sustainability via empowering greener lifestyles. The concept store features over 100 products across 20 brands, curated on five pillars: Clean Beauty, Cruelty-Free, Eco-friendly, Organic and Recyclable. The selection offers a wide range of environmentally conscious brands including all-natural personal care products, sustainably harvested coffees and wines and ethical lifestyle brands.

KrisShop has lowered the minimum spend for free local deliveries from S$100 (US$70) to S$50 (US$35) to support customers staying at home during the COVID-19 crisis.

To further reduce its carbon footprint, KrisShop has also adopted the use of recycled, single-walled craft paper boxes and water-soluble ink for packaging deliveries.
KrisShop Green highlights a commitment to promoting environmental sustainability and conscious consumerism. It is the latest addition to KrisShop’s suite of concept stores launched in response to growing consumer demand for mindful consumption. The omnichannel retailer will be highlighting those concept stores from its Platinum Suite at the Moodie Davitt Virtual Travel Retail Expo in October (see panel below).
KrisShop Chief Executive Officer and ‘Shopkeeper’ Chris Pok (a presenter at the Virtual Travel Retail Expo Knowledge Hub sessions) commented, “The consumers of today are increasingly intent on understanding humanity’s impact on the environment and how they can take steps to protect our planet.
“At KrisShop, we pride ourselves on delivering experiences that resonate with the passion points of shoppers, and KrisShop Green reflects our efforts to meet the soaring demand for products that empower sustainable living.”
