La Prairie has appointed Estelle Létang as CEO, effective 1 April. She will be based in the company’s headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland and report directly to Beiersdorf Member of the Executive Board Patrick Rasquinet.
Prior to joining La Prairie, Létang spent 21 years working for The Estée Lauder Companies where she held various leadership positions, including Vice President/General Manager La Mer and Jo Malone London Asia Pacific.
In 2016, she was named Jo Malone London Vice President/General Manager International, based in London. Since 2020, she has been based in Dubai working as The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East General Manager.
In her new role, Létang will be responsible for driving La Prairie’s strategic direction and long-term vision. She will also oversee the day-to-day management of the company’s business operations, commercial priorities and infrastructure. This includes all corporate functions, international affiliates and global distributor markets.
