SWITZERLAND. La Prairie has extended its flagship Caviar Collection with a new body product.
Skin Caviar Luxe Body Emulsion will begin its global roll-out from 6 February. It is priced domestically at €158 for 200ml.
The product was previewed at last year’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes, where International PR Manager Louise Richards explained: “The [Caviar] line already includes a body cream, but following customer feedback we have created a lighter formulation.”
Described as luxuriously rich yet light, the lotion is said to gently exfoliate, improve the skin’s firmness and tone, stimulate its own natural repair system and add a healthy luminescence.
It is also claimed brighten and clarify, and to discourage the formation of unsightly cellulite.
Key ingredients include caviar extract and soy protein, plus La Prairie’s exclusive Cellular Complex.
The intense moisturising properties come courtesy of the inclusion of Illipe and shea butter, rice bran oil, grape seed oil and millet seed extract.
