Lacoste signs global watch deal with Movado – 30/03/06

FRANCE. Lacoste has entered into a long-term worldwide licensing agreement with US-based watchmaker Movado Group Inc, the French accessories company announced this week. The deal is effective 1 January 2007 and includes design, production and distribution of men’s and women’s timepieces.

The new collection will be launched in spring 2007 at the Annual Watch & Jewellery Fair held in Basel, Switzerland.

It will feature stylish timepieces with a contemporary sport-elegant feel and will be available at fine department stores and speciality shops, fine jewellers and at Lacoste boutiques worldwide.
