CHINA. Lagardère Services Asia Pacific has opened five HUB Convenience stores at Kunming Wujiaba Airport.
Kunming is the capital of Yunnan province in southwestern China. Wujiaba Airport is the seventh busiest in China, handling over 16 million passengers last year.
The five HUB Convenience stores, the first in China, have a combined area of over 200sq m in the airport’s newly-opened terminal concourse.

The HUB Convenience concept is specially designed to meet the varied needs of travellers. The stores provide fresh food, snacks drinks, gifts, stationery, travel accessories and other basic necessities essential to travel commuters.
Lagardère Services Asia Pacific said: “With a fresh design, a broad product range and reasonable prices, HUB Convenience is an innovative concept that is particularly suitable to the evolving airport retail environment in Mainland China.”
Lagardère Services Asia Pacific operates more than 110 stores with outlets located in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan and China.
