Lancôme reveals a new fragrant treasure

FRANCE. Lancôme has extended its Trésor women’s fragrance with an edt concentration. Available in two sizes – a 50ml and a 100ml (priced at €40.85 and €58.92, respectively) – it will make its debut in European travel retail in April, before rolling out to the Americas in May. The Asian introduction is slated for 2005.

The original Trésor edp was created in 1990 and rapidly evolved into a flagship fragrance for the brand. The new interpretation is described by Lancôme as fresh, light, airy and sparkling. The juice features notes of apricot rose, melon, cyclamen and sandalwood.

The flacon, clearly reminiscent of the original edp presentation, is fashioned in the signature upside-down pyramid shape, this time with an apricot/rose-coloured ring around the neck. The juice, and the outer carton, are coloured a delicate Champagne-pink.
