UAE. Patrick Doyle, Founder and CEO of International Diplomatic Supplies (IDS), has been honoured by White Page International as one of this year’s Global 200 Inspirational Leaders, spotlighting his commitment to purpose-driven business and values-based leadership.
In its social media post announcing the awardees, White Page International described the highly respected entrepreneur as someone who exemplifies leadership grounded in purpose, conviction and compassion.

IDS is the global leader in the supply of duty-free liquor, groceries and household goods to the international diplomatic community.
With over 30 years of commercial success, Doyle has shaped a logistics enterprise with a footprint in more than 70 countries – anchored by ethical business practices, sustainability and transformative employee welfare.
Championing sustainable innovation in the diplomatic supply sector, Doyle’s leadership helped IDS achieve full carbon neutrality in 2022 – a first-of-its-kind milestone within the industry. Building on that success, the company further reduced its emissions by -11.5% in 2023.
IDS’s values-led approach to environmental responsibility extends across its operations – from solar-powered warehousing in Dubai to the recycling of over seven tonnes of materials in 2024, with proceeds directed toward native tree-planting initiatives.
Doyle has led the way with human-focused initiatives, most notably a family reunification programme inspired by employee experiences – setting a new standard for corporate welfare.

IDS covers the full cost of family relocation or provides its employees with extended leave and annual return flights.
Complementing these welfare initiatives, Dolye established an education fund which has currently provided higher education support to 18 children of employees in the Philippines, India and Pakistan – driving generational change through opportunity.
Doyle’s global humanitarian vision was shaped by a 2006 meeting with the founder of Kids for Kids, inspiring a deeply personal commitment grounded in dignity and hands-on involvement.

This has led him to extend his humanitarian work to impactful projects in Ethiopia, Malawi and the Philippines – funding healthcare, education and food security with a focus on long-term outcomes.
Among IDS’s key CSR partners is Gentle Hands, a Metro Manila-based Christian welfare organisation focused on providing family-style care and hope to children who have experienced trauma.
Another standout initiative is in partnership with Life Skills Haiti, led by former Haitian Ambassador to London Jean Pillard, which provides scholarships for nurse training. IDS’s support of the programme has resulted in over 50 nurses being trained, reinforcing Haiti’s healthcare system and advancing women empowerment.
On his social media, Doyle said: “Thank you White Page International for this wonderful recognition. Without the support of The Board at International Diplomatic Supplies, my colleagues and our suppliers and customers, this would not be possible, not the award but the work we do to make a difference in the world.”
In recognition of his global philanthropic efforts, especially in support of children’s charities, Doyle was named one of The Moodie Davitt Report’s People of the Year in 2022.
The Moodie Davitt Report’s 2022 TRI-POD Series also featured Doyle’s humanitarian philosophy and the social impact of his key philanthropic initiatives. ✈
