Lima Airport Partners (LAP) has remodelled the Jorge Chávez International Airport terminal’s food court with an investment of more than US$400,000.
The renovation has optimised the existing space as well as modernising the design of the food court.
The design was created by 1 PAX Architects and implemented by the construction company Grupo Arquitectónico.
“At LAP we seek to permanently improve not only the existing offer but also the experience of users and passengers,” LAP Retail Manager Lucio Benavente said.
“The remodelling of the food court offers a renewed atmosphere and a warm welcome to the visitors of the Pan American Games, which are being held in our city.”
The Pan American Games run from 26 July to 11 August, with 41 countries taking part, and is expected to attract 170,000 visitors.
LAP is investing more than US$26 million in the modernisation of the airport terminal this year.
