Following a recent opening on the island of Saint Martin, Lladró has increased its Caribbean presence with a new store on Saint Thomas in the US Virgin Islands.
Located at AH Riise, a series of restored 19th century Danish warehouses in downtown Charlotte Amalie, the new Lladró boutique is surrounded by leading luxury stores.
The design of the new boutique, based primarily on the colour white and curved lines, was conceived in partnership with Spanish designer Jaime Hayon, who has been collaborating with the brand for almost a decade. The product offer includes local Caribbean collections and a selection of home décor and lighting pieces.

As reported, the Spanish art porcelain company brought 2014 to a close with eight new openings around the world, including Osaka, Hong Kong, Istanbul, and Tehran. The network of Lladró stores will soon be expanded with new boutiques in Miami and Beverly Hills.
The new openings are part of the brand’s expansion policy, in place since 2012 when it opened a store at 500 Madison Avenue in New York – one of its international flagships – and in 2013 when it entered the Middle East market with an opening in Dubai.
With the new stores, Lladró’s distribution network now includes nearly 1,000 outlets across five continents.
