Lotte Duty Free has produced a guide leaflet for downtown duty free shops and pick-up points in six languages to enhance its multinational customer service and appeal

Southeast Asian spending boom

In other news, Lotte Duty Free has recently produced a shopping guide for downtown duty free shops and pick-up points in six languages (English, Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai and Korean).

Sales to southeast Asian tourists such as Vietnamese, Thais and Taiwanese increased by about 3.5 times year-on-year in the first quarter.

This promising growth spurred Lotte Duty Free to revamp its leaflet to offer more detail on how to purchase and receive products together with documenting the location of pick-up counters at international airports such as Incheon, Gimpo, Gimhae, and Jeju.

The guide is made with eco-friendly non-wood pulp and vegetable ink made from sugarcane waste. ✈
