Lucky flight attendants strike Clogau Gold

Clogau Gold’s April marketing campaign at Terminal 5 showcased its royally-themed Spring/Summer 2011 products

INTERNATIONAL. Welsh gold specialist Clogau Gold has revealed the winners of its latest crew training prizes.

As part of its ongoing training campaign, Clogau Gold regularly offers the flight attendants of its airline trading partners the chance to win some rare Welsh gold of their own.

Educated on the Clogau Gold brand, the flight attendants are offered the opportunity to answer a number of questions about the brand history and heritage in order to be entered into a free prize draw.

As a result of April’s week-long royal wedding-related marketing campaign in London Heathrow Terminal 5, Clogau Gold announced the latest winner of its competition, Claire Hawkes. The campaign showcased Clogau Gold’s royally-themed Spring and Summer 2011 product launches, inspired by its association with the British royal family, upheld since 1923.

Another recent winner of the Virgin Atlantic Airways competition was flight attendant Juliet Le Crerar, who won a sterling silver and 9ct rose gold Fairy pendant which has recently featured as British Airways’ number one best-selling jewellery item.

Similar competitions have been held with various other airline trading partners such as Cathay Pacific Airways.
