Luxottica Travel Retail has extended its Oakley range of sunglasses with the new Chainlink Ruby Iridium model. The travel retail exclusive product will be available in selected locations from 1 April for six months only.
The Chainlink Ruby Iridium model, inspired by the popular Crosslink Rx (Optical) frame, is said to be an “active lifestyle” with features including ‘unobtainium’ earsocks and nosepads. The lightweight frame material provides added comfort.
The face of the advertising campaign is professional CrossFit athlete Rich Froning.
Luxottica Group Travel Retail & Special Channels Director Francis Gros said: “To have an Oakley Chainlink model offered exclusively through our channel is a testament to the success of Luxottica’s Travel Retail business and shows how hard we strive to tailor our offering to the world’s travellers.”
