
Louis Vuitton Moët Hennessy (LVMH) has appointed Stéphane Rinderknech as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of its revamped beauty division.
Rinderknech, currently Head of LVMH Hospitality Excellence, takes over additional responsibility for the beauty division following an internal reorganisation of the group’s luxury categories.
In this extended role, he will lead the Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Kendo, Parfums Givenchy and Kenzo brands.
LVMH Executive President of the Beauty Division Stéphanie Médioni continues to lead the Acqua di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, Make Up For Ever, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, Loewe, Officine Universelle Buly, Fresh and Stella by Stella McCartney brands. She now reports to Rinderknech.
Other top beauty executives including LVMH Deputy President of the Beauty Division/LVMH Sea Oceania President Hugues Dusseaux, LVMH Senior Vice President Human Resources Maud Alvarez-Pereyre, Research & Development Director Bruno Bavouzet and Chief Operating Officer Jean-Michel Moutin will also report to Rinderknech.
LVMH reshuffles beauty team


Véronique Courtois has been appointed as President and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior.
Gabrielle Saint-Genis Rodriguez, who has been responsible for the Make Up For Ever brand since 2019, takes over for Courtois as Guerlain President and Chief Executive Officer.
Louis Vuitton Digital and Client Development Director Charles-Henri Levaillant takes over for Gabrielle Saint-Genis Rodriguez as Make Up For Ever President and Chief Executive Officer.
Claude Martinez has been named as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the LVMH Group Research and Innovation Centre, GAIA. Following this appointment, Martinez is stepping down from the beauty division. Martinez replaces Laurent Kleitman who is leaving the group to pursue other opportunities.
