UK. MAC has expanded its travel retail exclusive Trip collection with new colour sets and bags, available in the channel from this month.
There are nine new additions to this season’s Trip, eight of which are packed into their own signature black bags.

The new items presented in the MAC petite bag include three lip trio shades, plus Fluidline duos. In the mid-size bag, MAC is offering brush set quintets, with the focus on either basic brushes, face brushes or eye brushes. A travel mirror is also included.
From August the Trip collection will be further extended with a set of three Softsparkle eye pencils, presented in an exclusive travel retail outer carton that features a visual of the eyes with the product applied.
Also launching into travel retail in June is the Tendertones collection, a line of tinted lip balms with an SPF12. Said to combine the look of a gloss and the benefits of a balm, the non-stick formula delivers a hint of colour while conditioning and moisturising lips, according to MAC.
The 6ml balms are flavoured with a light, strawberry-kiwi flavour.
Lastly, MAC will introduce its new Summer Trend bags line into travel retail in June. These feature the company’s Softsacs revamped in patent neon shades of yellow, orange and blue. The sizes available are mini, small and medium.
