Marchon owner VSP Vision swoops to acquire Marcolin eyewear group

PAI Partners and other minority shareholders have agreed to sell Italian eyewear group Marcolin to VSP Vision, owner of the Marchon brand, for an undisclosed sum.

Founded in 1961, Marcolin distributes its eyewear collections in more than 125 countries and widely in travel retail. Its portfolio of luxury and lifestyle brands includes Tom Ford, Zegna, Christian Louboutin, ic! berlin, Max Mara, Guess and others.

The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025 subject to regulatory approvals.
