

SPAIN. Mondelez World Travel Retail (WTR) has debuted Turrón de Chocolate Suchard in Spanish travel retail with Avolta.
The festive chocolate, which is a traditional treat during the holidays in Europe, adds Sense of Place and gifting appeal to Mondelez WTR’s offer with the retailer.
Since its launch, Turrón de Chocolate Suchard has been ranked as one of the top three best-selling items in Mondelez WTR’s assortment with Avolta.
According to Mondelez WTR, the launch spotlights its mission to delight travellers with an offering that leverages the spirit of Christmas and offers Sense of Place in Spanish airports.
Turrón de Chocolate Suchard was founded in 1826 in Spain, where the nougat and crunchy puffed rice treat has grown a strong reputation as a well-loved holiday treat.
The Suchard Clasico 260g is now available in all Avolta’s confectionery areas throughout its Spanish store network. It can be found in the global food ‘chocolate tablets’ section and the local food ‘Hola España’ area sitting with the wider Turrón collection.

Accompanying the chocolate is a festive campaign under the banner ‘Taste of Celebration’.
