Montblanc wins Changi brand shop concession; JetBest takes mid-priced contract – 07/03/05

SINGAPORE. The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore has awarded Montblanc and JetBest Enterprises its latest branded concessions at Singapore Changi Airport.

Montblanc Singapore headed three other bidders: DFS Venture Singapore, Swarovski Singapore Trading and The Siam Silk Company.

Montblanc Singapore offered an additional rental of either 20% of total monthly gross sales (M.G.S) if M.G.S are greater than S$220,000 but equal or less than S$380,000; 25% of total M.G.S if M.G.S are greater than S$380,000 or a MMG of S$31,888, whichever is higher.

JetBest, promoting the Carlo Rino brand, headed B.U.M. Equipment; Giordano Originals (Singapore) with Giordano; Hang Ten Enterprises with Hang Ten; Jetbest Enterprise with Carlo Rino; King Power International with Elle and Lianbee-Jeco with Braun Buffel.

The winning bidder offered 30% of total monthly gross sales for regular items and 20% of total monthly gross sales for ales items or a Minimum Monthly Guarantee of S$9,860 per month, whichever is higher.
