MSC Cruises brings renowned bars to sea with its ‘World’s Greatest Bars’ programme

INTERNATIONAL. MSC Cruises has launched the ‘World’s Greatest Bars’ programme, introducing bars from around the globe as pop-ups on its ships for six-month periods.

The concept made its debut on 1 April with bars Paradiso and Sips from Barcelona, Spain. The Paradiso pop-up is available to passengers onboard MSC World Europa, while Sips is onboard MSC Euribia.

MSC Cruises Food & Beverage Vice President Jacques Van Staden said: “We’re delighted to bring the ‘World’s Greatest Bars’ concept onboard our ships to create world-class and innovative experiences for our guests.

“The new programme takes our food & beverage offering to new heights, providing unforgettable experiences not seen before at sea. We’re thrilled to have onboard such exciting bars, Sips and Paradiso, two bars ranked as some of the best in the world.

“These two bars are incredibly hard to get into right now, so we’re so excited that our guests can get a taste of the action.”

MSC Cruises is constantly elevating its food & beverage offering with concepts such as Helios Wine Bar on MSC Euribia, creating an immersive digital experience for wine aficionados.

The Gin Project on MSC World Europa features over 70 craft gins. The ship also has the Masters of the Sea microbrewery, where special-brew beer is crafted from desalinated seawater.
