Developed for frontline travel retail staff, the AI-powered platform transforms brand training materials into 3-5 minute podcast-style formats, which staff can access on the go, allowing them to enhance customer engagement.
The solution is designed to help increase conversion, basket size and customer satisfaction, while keeping large, multilingual and rotating teams trained efficiently, the company noted.
This innovation delivers theory-based insights on brand stories, hero SKUs, provenance and sustainability through a scalable, multilingual mobile channel, complementing traditional hands-on training such as tastings, touch-and-try sessions and physical immersion.
Available in more than ten linguistic variants, including Mandarin, Hindi and major EU languages, the programme engages staff through quizzes and gamification, while LMS integration or standalone app functionality allows easy progress tracking.
The platform helps brands deliver consistent storytelling across thousands of stores and shifts while reducing training costs.
