UK/JERSEY. No1 Lounges Ltd, a Swissport company, has announced the opening of two airport lounge locations: My Lounge at London Heathrow Airport Terminal 3 and a No1 Lounge at Jersey Airport.
Both lounges – open to all passengers, regardless of airline or ticket class – are part of a broader growth strategy being driven by co-owner Airport Dimensions, the global airport experiences specialist.

The 112-seat My Lounge in Heathrow T3 was originally launched as the Club Aspire lounge. The space has been entirely redesigned and rebranded, and comes hot on the heels of recent Clubrooms and No1 Lounge launches at the UK’s premier airport.
A self-serve menu is on offer throughout the day, featuring a selection of hot and cold nibbles, indulgent sweet treats and a pancake machine. A range of bistro-style dishes are also available.
The bar serves a curated assortment of wines, beers and premium spirits, alongside soft drinks, juices and freshly brewed tea and coffee.

Amenities include a dedicated games zone equipped with a PlayStation and arcade table, and a TV den for shows, films or live sports.
Practical features include high-speed complimentary wifi, charging points, baby-changing areas and flight information screens.
Heathrow Services Manager Mark Hardman said, “Heathrow is committed to making every journey better by offering the best possible choice and experience for our passengers. The opening of My Lounge in Terminal 3 is a fantastic addition, providing travellers with an innovative and inviting space to relax and unwind before their flights.

“We are continually evolving to meet the changing needs of our passengers as we look to become an extraordinary airport, fit for the future.”
The opening of the No1 Lounge at Jersey Airport on 18 July marked a major milestone for No1 Lounges, as its first location outside the UK. It provides comfortable seating for 148 guests and offers bistro and buffet-style dining plus a fully serviced bar.
Paying homage to the island’s pergolas, trellises, arbours and greenhouses, the lounge – which features ocean and runway views – has been designed with architectural elements and Jersey limestone to bring a sense of place.

For entertainment and relaxation, the lounge includes TV zones showcasing sport, films and popular series, and a library.
There are also dedicated workspaces, private meeting rooms and access to unlimited wifi and charging points.
Ports of Jersey Chief Executive Matt Thomas commented, “This is the first phase of a long-term plan to transform Jersey Airport and create smooth and easy travel experiences for all our passengers.
“This new lounge celebrates Jersey’s unique heritage and identity and creates a relaxing start to customers’ journeys.”

No1 Lounges Managing Director Rami El-Dahshan said, “Together, these launches reflect the strength of our ambition and the continued investment in our guest experience.
“These latest projects show our commitment to offering lounges with real character, designed with purpose, delivered with flair and shaped around the people who use them.”
Airport Dimensions President EMEA & APAC Errol McGlothan commented, “These latest lounge launches are a clear reflection of our ambition to bring meaningful, high-quality experiences to travellers at every stage of their journey through the airport.”
Guests can secure access to either lounge by booking in advance online via the No1 Lounges website. Members of Priority Pass, Lounge Key and DragonPass are also welcomed.
Access is also available on the day of travel, subject to availability. ✈
