Nuit De Feu: Louis Vuitton unveils gender-neutral fragrance inspired by the Middle East

Nuit de Feu or ‘Night of fire’ is the third fragrance in a series of gender-neutral Middle East inspired scents by Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton has unveiled ‘Nuit De Feu,’ a new fragrance for both men and women.

Nuit De Feu is the third in a series of Middle East-inspired scents — following Les Sables Roses and Ombre Nomade — for Louis Vuitton’s Oriental Perfume Collection.

It was launched on 2 July and is now available worldwide on louisvuitton.com.

Nuit de Feu is a woody spicy scent that was created by master perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud.

It features a rich blend of smoky white incense, mixed with natural leather notes and a powerful musk accord. The fragrance comes in a refillable bottle format that can be replenished using Louis Vuitton’s in-store perfume fountains.

“Nuit de Feu is a blend of essential ingredients that have traversed the ages and forged our civilisations,” commented Belletrud. “I wanted to create a perfume that anchors and reconnects us with nature and our collective history.”

To celebrate the launch of Nuit de Feu, Louis Vuitton has released a golden crocodile skin leather perfume case, hand-crafted by its Asnières leather workshop.
