UK. Origins has further expanded its Perfect World collection with two new items: Nighttime Antioxidant Mask with White Tea (pictured), and Antioxidant Lip Guardian with White Tea.
The products entered Americas travel retail in August, before rolling out to Europe in September and Asia this month.
White tea in general is considered to be a powerful antioxidant. The mask also contains vitamins C and E, as well as rosemary. It is said to help rebuild the skin’s moisture barrier, and protect against free radicals.
The mask should be applied two to three times a week, before bed. Skin can repair itself better at night, according to Origins.
The new Lip Guardian is claimed to help prevent moisture loss from the most vulnerable part of the face. Lips are prone to dryness as they have a thin stratum corneum, and lack sebaceous glands, which secrete lipids.
Key ingredients include aloe leaf, grape seed, sesame, avocado and sweet almond oils. The Lip Guardian should be used daily as needed.
