Osborne to spotlight key product launches as it targets travel retail growth at TFWA Cannes

FRANCE. Spanish wine, spirits and gourmet food specialist Osborne is set to showcase its latest product innovations and global travel retail strategy at this year’s TFWA World Exhibition in Cannes (Blue Village D3).

Key product highlights include the updated ready-to-drink (RTD) version of ‘King of the Brandies’, Carlos I, alongside a Gold 999.9 Miniature Gin and a limited-edition Nordés Premium Gin, with a whisky launch also planned.

Spotlight on Osborne: The Carlos I range has been given a refreshed visual identity, while the popular Veterano now comes in a ready-to-drink format

Osborne will also boost its Cannes presence with its food offerings, featuring the best-selling Cinco Jotas Iberian ham. Expert staff will be on hand to present the brand’s charcuterie selection, including morcón, salchichón and loin.

Osborne Group Global Travel Retail Manager Cathy Rolland said, “As we count down to the TFWA World Exhibition, we are putting the final touches to a presentation which we expect will take the Osborne Group’s products to a new level in travel retail.

“This comes as Osborne continues to strengthen its position in the global market with a clear strategy focused on regional expansion, premium brand visibility and shopper experience.

“At the same time as extending our network in the wine & spirits sector, with leading premium and craft brands, we are accelerating the international growth of Cinco Jotas – particularly in Asia and the Americas – while reinforcing our footprint in the cruise and F&B channels.”

Rolland highlighted the growth in permanent locations and shop-in-shops established with key travel retail partners.

She said, “These spaces – many boasting the iconic Osborne Bull branding – offer exactly what today’s customers are looking for. Quality products, exclusivity, tastings and gift-with-purchase offers combine with our strong storytelling to connect with travellers and drive conversion.

“Sustainability is a core pillar of our development. We are proud to have earned an EcoVadis rating, and we remain committed to responsible sourcing and aligning with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.

“We are very excited about our new product innovations. With a passionate team and a portfolio full of potential, the journey is just beginning. We see endless opportunities in both retail and F&B to continue sharing the soul of Spanish gastronomy with travellers worldwide.

Cinco Jotas: Bringing premium Spanish flavours to more markets

“As part of our continued commitment to innovation, we are proud to announce several exciting launches. These include Gin Gold 999.9 – macerated with the finest mandarins from Southern Spain – which will be introduced in a convenient 50ml format.”

The company is also giving its historic Spanish spirit, Veterano (founded in 1922), a modern twist with an RTD roll-out, targeting new consumer segments.

The limited-edition Nordés bottle, Rolland noted, draws its inspiration from the Atlantic Ocean, described as “the true home of this captivating gin”.

Rolland added, “Finally, Carlos I, our iconic Brandy de Jerez, undergoes a subtle yet impactful label refresh.

“The new design maintains the elegance and heritage of the brand while introducing a cleaner, more contemporary look that enhances visibility on shelf and reinforces its positioning as a premium Spanish brandy for today’s discerning consumers.”
