
Italian brand Pallini Limoncello and confectionery specialist Flamigni have partnered to produce two stand-out festive treats enriched by the popular lemon-based liqueur.
The 350g and 950g Limoncello Panettone – a rich Italian sweet bread/fruitcake typically enjoyed at Christmas and New Year – is filled with custard enriched with Pallini Limoncello. The 350g Dolce Limoncello cake has an intense citrus flavour and is filled with the same cream.

The collaboration between the two brands was highlighted at an event at the Lagardère Travel Retail store at Rome’s Leonardo da Vinci Airport on 29 November.
Pallini Limoncello Export Brand Manager Luca Pallini and Flamigni Owner Massimo Buli took part in a live cooking show which featured a 10kg Limoncello Panettone and offered airport passengers the chance to sample the Italian speciality.
Pallini said: “The collaboration with Flamigni was born to enhance the great versatility of our limoncello.” He noted Pallini Limoncello’s standing as one of the top 100 alcohol brands sold in travel retail.
Buli commented: “Working with a historic company like Pallini and its iconic limoncello is a challenge that we took up with great enthusiasm. Our collaboration came about very naturally. We specialise in creating high-quality confectionery products and we can customise any brand or product.
“Together with Pallini, we have created two small works of art, which will appeal to international tourists who search for innovation and high quality in ‘made in Italy’ foods.”
