Paradies Lagardère reveals eclectic retail and F&B line-up at Nashville and Salt Lake City airports

USA. Paradies Lagardère has introduced a diverse line-up of dining and retail concepts at Nashville International Airport (BNA) Satellite Concourse and Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC).

Paradies Lagardère Dining Division Senior Vice President of Restaurant Operations Claude Guillaume said: “We’re excited to bring plentiful food service options to BNA’s brand-new Satellite Concourse while also adding the Vessel Kitchen concept to SLC.

“Travellers can now indulge in a wide variety of satisfying dining experiences, thanks to the culinary and operations expertise, hospitality and passion of our staff members.”

The new F&B outlets at Nashville Airport are located at the first free-standing, eight-gate (C4-C11) Satellite Concourse, which opened in October to accommodate the growing number of passengers.

The new dining venues include TX/MX, a restaurant specialising in Tex-Mex cuisine. It offers an array of drinks and Nashville’s own Las Paletas popsicles.

Nashville’s oldest coffee company, Bongo Java, and American sandwich chain Jimmy Johns are also now open.

Paradies Lagardère has added Vessel Kitchen to the F&B lineup of the newly remodelled Salt Lake City Airport. The restaurant features a fine dining vibe with fast casual affordability and convenience, offering scratch-made meals and international flavours, with healthy and healthy-ish options.

Aside from the new dining selection at Nashville Airport, the concessionaire has also launched an array of retail offerings at the new satellite concourse. These include Distillery District Market, a retail shop offering a wide variety of Tennessee spirits in a range of sizes from the state’s most popular distilleries. The store also sells branded gifts, snacks and treats from other local vendors.

Capturing the spirit of Tennessee in more ways than one

Named after one of Nashville’s many well-known neighbourhoods, Gulch Goods offers gifts, gourmet snacks, jewellery, apothecary items and accessories from local artisans such as Thistle Farms, Paddywax and Olive & Sinclair.

Nashville Supply Co. is a colourful retail store showcasing the creations of local purveyors and regional team apparel. ✈
