Prince Hubert de Polignac Cognac plays on its heritage – 13/10/09

Héritage du Prince Cognac is presented in a contemporary crystal decanter

FRANCE. Héritage du Prince is the name of the new Cognac creation from Prince Hubert de Polignac, which will be introduced to buyers at the TFWA World Exhibition this month (Stand number: Yellow Village D36).

The new product sits at the upper end of H. Mounier’s Prince Hubert de Polignac range and is styled after a jewellery box, to symbolise refinement, the company said.

Packaged in a contemporary crystal decanter, the colours are said to be warm, enhancing the mahogany hues of the Cognac.

The Grande Champagne Cognac, described as both powerful and delicate, has spiced vanilla and cinnamon tasting notes, with flavours of oak wood, gingerbread, cocoa, cedar wood and candied fruits. The final notes of Russian leather are said to have inspired the box.
