Puig sweetens fragrance portfolio with Les Délices de Nina

Puig has unveiled a new limited-edition fragrance collection from the house of Nina Ricci, called Les Délices de Nina. The line is available now in travel retail doors worldwide.

The fragrances (available in 50ml and 75ml formats) were inspired by the world of candy – and aim to evoke an olfactory “sugar high” for young girls seeking new flavours, according to the brand.

Sweet sensation: Puig’s new Les Délices de Nina collection

The Les Délices de Nina juice was created by Marie Salamagne and Olivier Cresp – the master perfumer behind the original Nina scent, unveiled in 2006. It is composed around a strawberry candy accord, combined with top notes of lemon, tangerine and raspberry, a heart of white caramel and gardenia, atop a base of praline and white musk.

To support the launch, Nina Ricci has partnered with the confectioner Papabubble, to create a limited-edition line of Nina candies, whose strawberry flavour was inspired by the fragrance juice. “They are colourful, light, joyful, tangy and delicious: in short, everything that is Nina,” the company explained.

The signature apple-shaped Nina bottle has been updated with a new bright shade of pink, offset by golden “˜caramel’ accents.
