British fragrance house Molton Brown (Kao Beauty) has upgraded its personalised gifting experience at its flagship boutique in Heathrow Terminal 5.
The enhanced experience was designed to help travellers find meaningful gifts that reflect a personal connection, the brand said.
It builds on Molton Brown’s complimentary fragrance engraving service with the addition of a bespoke gifting wall and curated ribbon station, enabling customers to further personalise their purchases with decorative flourishes.
The new three-step gifting journey begins with a Brand Ambassador-led personalised fragrance consultation.
The second step invites customers to engrave a name or message directly onto the fragrance bottle. The journey concludes with the gift being boxed and tied with a ribbon of the shopper’s choosing.

In addition, the space features a digital screen that showcases Molton Brown’s latest brand campaigns. It currently highlight the ‘Artists of Note’ series, which celebrates some of the brand’s most popular scents, including Recharge Black Pepper, Coastal Cypress & Sea Fennel and Rose Dunes.
Artists of Note saw three British creatives each interpret a Molton Brown signature fragrance. These are punk poet Dr John Cooper Clark; fashion designer Nicholas Daley; and jewellery designer Gala Colivet Dennison.
“At Molton Brown, we see gifting as an art form, and we are proud to offer travellers an elevated, immersive new experience at our Heathrow flagship,” commented Molton Brown Key Account Manager Global Markets & Travel Retail Julian Dimitrov.
“Our latest enhancements at T5 reflect our dedication to craftsmanship, creativity and meaningful customer engagement in the travel retail space, while supporting customers to find the perfect gift that really resonates with those who matter most.” ✈
